MULTIPLAYER All 16 launch maps from the original Modern Warfare® 2 (2009) have been modernized with new modes and gameplay features and will be available at launch. Additionally, 12 brand-new core 6v6 maps will arrive in subsequent seasons. Modern Warfare® III will also feature new Ground War maps with innovative play spaces, as well as the epic, evolved return of the popular War Mode that debuted in 2017 with Call of Duty®: WWII.
