• The Guiding Light

The world is in grave danger. Floods, rising temperatures, out-of-control nature: the theft of the crystals is endangering all living beings! But hope is the last to die: the Heroes of Light, four legendary warriors, have the ability to restore balance among the elements. Accompany the protagonist Seth and his friends Gloria, Elvis, and Adelle on their journey through the lively region of Excillant. Use the combined abilities of their powers to defeat the enemies who stole the crystals and quell the chaos that threatens to destroy the world!

• Fight your way through battles

Thanks to the Brave and Default system, BRAVELY DEFAULT II adds an original twist to the turn-based RPG formula, allowing players to unleash all-out attacks at the cost of future turns, or adopt a defensive stance to earn turns that can be used later. To prevail over the enormous variety of enemies you will face, you will therefore have to rely on the right balance between caution and daring. Collect asterisks – magical items that can give your party access to brand new classes – and customize your team to create an invincible team of warriors. Explore the beautiful places of Excillant, talk to its strange inhabitants, and create a team of brave heroes!
