Trafalgar D. Water Law, or commonly known as Law or the Surgeon of Death, is the captain and doctor of his crew, the Heart Pirates, in the One Piece series.
Using the powers of his Op Op Fruit, he is able to create a zone where he has complete control over the placement and orientation of objects within. People who are separated by this ability are not killed but can feel their separated parts.
