The Aura3D A5 is a state-of-the-art pellet 3D printer designed for industrial production and rapid prototyping. Thanks to its CoreXY structure, the A5 can achieve exceptional print speeds of up to 600mm/s even with advanced technical materials. The printer is ideal for those who require large print volumes (up to 530×530×530mm) and maximum flexibility in material usage, including PP, PA-CF, PC-CF, and PEEK, thanks to an extruder and nozzle capable of operating at temperatures up to 450°C.
Compared to traditional methods like FDM and injection molding, the Aura3D solution offers much faster production times, lower costs, and the ability to create complex, lightweight components without the need for expensive molds. This makes it perfect for custom or small-batch production, for example in the automotive or manufacturing sectors. The new generation extrusion system ensures a homogeneous and reliable material flow even with technical and reinforced pellets. Intelligent pellet loading management and an intuitive touchscreen further simplify use, even in industrial environments.
