Peace reigns in the small village of Armonica, where the locals go about their daily activities. Our two heroes, Asterix and Obelix, go boar hunting, the blacksmith and the fishmonger constantly bicker, while the village chief, perched on his shield, strolls through the village square.
But one fine day, returning from the hunt, Asterix and Obelix find the village pillaged and ransacked by the Romans! Our heroes then set out to the rescue, accompanied by the faithful Dogmatix.
