Specific Use
Running: Basic training 1-3 times/week, distances 3-8 km, relaxed pace 5'30"-7'00"/km, regenerative jogging. Surfaces: asphalt, track, treadmill, park.
Walking: Fast walking 6-8 km/h, Nordic walking, long urban walks, active tourism.
