Light Turbo 3.0 Lighting System and 14K Display

The resin printer uses the new Light Turbo 3.0 lighting system in combination with a high-resolution 14K screen. This results in improved overall light source performance and faster curing of printed model layers.

The 14K screen has a resolution of 13312 x 5120 pixels and an XY resolution of 16.8 x 24.8 µm. This allows for printing detailed and complex structures with maximum precision and sharp details, as well as stunning surface quality.

COB Light Source with Front-Facing Reflectors + Fresnel Lenses

The Photon Mono M7 uses a new optical design solution consisting of a COB light source with front-facing reflectors and Fresnel lenses. The technology ensures uniform light intensity within an angle of ≤ 3° and light uniformity of ≥ 90%.

A special dark light compensation algorithm can dynamically adjust the dark light-off time of the light source below the display to the exposure area of the print model.

Automatic Leveling

The resin printer is ready for immediate use. The device is automatically and precisely leveled to "zero", eliminating the need for manual leveling.

Intelligent Automatic Detection Functionality

Thanks to seven intelligent detection functions and automatic inspections at startup, the printing process is streamlined, reducing human error and enabling a collaborative experience in photopolymerization 3D printing.

Smart Assistance Systems

• Failed Print Detection: When problems such as gaps between layers, bottom drops, or detachments occur during the printing process, the print is automatically paused and a popup reminder is displayed, facilitating timely adjustment of printing tasks, thus avoiding resin and time waste.
• Release Film Life Management: Automatically monitors the number of times the release film is peeled off. When 45,000 times are reached, users are reminded to replace it promptly to prevent subsequent print failures due to reduced release film performance.
• Residue Detection in Resin Vat: Detects solid residues inside the resin vat and promptly notifies the user via a pop-up window to prevent screen damage due to oversights in manual inspection.
• Resin Level Detection: When the resin level in the vat is below the required amount for printing in slice mode, users are reminded to refill it promptly.
• Platform Installation Status Detection: Quickly assesses the platform installation status. In case of abnormalities, a pop-up reminder prompts for timely adjustments.
• Component Connection Status Detection: Automatic check of the release film and automatic resin filling unit status.
• Real-time Detection Curves in Print Status: Real-time presentation and monitoring of the print area and release force data for each layer of the model during printing.

AirPure Air Purifier Included

The Anycubic AirPure air purifier features an integrated, easily replaceable activated carbon filter that can effectively absorb and filter up to 99% of VOCs and unpleasant resin odors.

Simplified Slicing Process

• The slicer supports model cutting and project file saving anytime, anywhere
• Thanks to a special algorithm (vector slicing), a sliced model file is compressed to reduce the memory required for storage on the device when the model is transferred.
• With integrated multi-task management, you can monitor the printing status of multiple printers in real-time and manage them according to your needs.
• The automatic repair function shows the quantity and presence of any defects in the model file and automatically repairs them, so you can successfully complete the printing process.
