If you purchased Fire TV Stick as a consumer, you are entitled to the free legal guarantee on consumer goods provided by EU Directive 1999/44/EC, which covers conformity defects that appear within 24 months from the date of delivery of the product (even if not immediately identifiable at that date). Under the legal guarantee, you have the right to free repair or replacement of a Fire TV Stick device that does not conform to the sales contract. Accessibility
The VoiceView Screen Reader allows visually impaired or blind users to access most Fire TV features. The Magnifier allows users to zoom in or out on the screen and navigate within it. The Text Banner consolidates on-screen text into a single, compact, and customizable banner on the screen itself. Enjoy videos and TV series by reading subtitles on screen and use audio description to hear a description of what is happening on screen, including actions, facial expressions, and scene changes. Subtitles and audio description are not available for all types of content. You can also listen to Fire TV content with compatible Bluetooth headphones. Learn more.
